If you are blast freezing with metal pans we guarantee a
much faster cycle time. Metal has to be frozen first in order
to make heat transfer and Kofal® does not freeze or insulate
in a blast frozen environment. Unlike metal Kofal® pans have
4 degree drafted sides and 1/2-inch radiuses in the corners
for quick release of your frozen product.
